In addition to vocational training, the Society has, for the past two decades, run a charitable Eye Clinic to promote optical health.Attended by experienced Ophthalmologists, the clinic is an attempt to prevent or cure blindness. The Society arranges surgery for ailments like cataract at a nominal charge in partnership with Calcutta Lions Bimal Poddar Eye Hospital and Lions Netra Niketan.
