Share a little time! We are always looking for volunteers in the following areas –
TALKING BOOK PROJECT READER
To read out texts to be recorded as part of our Talking Book Project
- Must be able to read and speak English and/or Bengali fluently
- Timings are flexible Monday – Saturday between 10:30am – 4:30pm
SCRIBE
To write out examinations for the visually challenged
- Must be able to write English and/or Bengali legibly and fluently
- Timings – according to the examination schedules
SOFT SKILLS AND SPOKEN ENGLISH TEACHER
To teach spoken English and soft skills
- Must be fluent in spoken English
- Timings are flexible Monday – Saturday between 10:30am – 4:30pm
BECOME A MEMBER
To help us progress we need more members who will take an active interest in improving the services and facilities we already provide, as well as ideate on how we can further help the visually challenged.
- Membership registration fee (one time only) – Rs.500.00
- Annual membership fee – Rs.500.00
