International Yoga Day 2023

Welfare Society for the Blind has a Fitness centre for visually challenged persons. Fitness training is being imparted to our trainees under the guidance of an experienced and qualified Fitness Trainer . At fitness centre our trainees not only practice with modern fitness equipment but also learn different types of Yoga.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day our trainees celebrate it by performing different Yoga postures and Surya Namskara .
